We believe that the price you pay should be clear and transparent, which is why we do not charge families a separate booking fee, service fee, or platform fee. When you request a lesson, you will not be charged until your coach accepts your booking. At that time, you will have 24 hours to complete the payment through your portal. If payment is not completed your lesson will automatically be cancelled.

Once the coach accepts:
1. You will be able to complete payment securely through Coachazo.
2. Your lesson becomes a confirmed booking.
3. The coach receives confirmation of the session.

All payments for Coachazo clients must remain on the Coachazo platform. Coaches should never ask you to pay them separately through cash, Venmo, Zelle, another payment app, or another outside method for a Coachazo booking. Keeping payment and booking on Coachazo helps us maintain accurate booking records and provide platform protections and support when an issue occurs.

More than 24 hours before the session
You can reschedule your booking through the Coachazo platform as long as the change is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Less than 24 hours before the session
Within 24 hours of the session, you should message your coach directly through Coachazo. The coach may agree to reschedule the session, but they are not required to do so.
If the coach does not approve the late change, the session remains payable and no refund or credit is provided.

Athlete no-shows
If an athlete does not attend a confirmed session, the session is not refundable or eligible for credit and the coach receives their normal payment.

Coach cancellations
If your coach cancels and the session cannot be rescheduled, you will receive either a refund or credit.
Repeated cancellations or reliability issues by coaches may result in removal from Coachazo.

Weather
Weather decisions are handled between the coach and family because conditions can vary significantly by sport and location.
If weather makes a session unsafe or impractical, your coach will work directly with you to arrange an appropriate reschedule.
