You control your own pricing on Coachazo and can choose the session lengths you offer and the price for each option.

Coachazo's minimum booking price is $25 per session, but you may charge more based on your experience, location, sport, training specialty, session length, and local market.

Coachazo retains 20% of each booking, and you receive 80%.

For example:
$25 session → you receive $20
$50 session → you receive $40

Coachazo does not add a separate service fee to the family, so the price you list is the price the family sees and pays.

Coachazo uses Stripe to securely process payments and coach payouts. When a client sends you a booking request, they are not charged yet.

Once you accept the request:
The client has 24 hours to complete payment through the portal. After this, your payout of 80% of your listing price is processed to you automatically through Stripe.

You will need to complete your Stripe payout setup before receiving earnings. Clients can book your lessons prior to this being setup, but you will be unable to receive these funds until the setup is fully complete. Stripe also handles applicable tax reporting and tax forms based on current reporting requirements.

Other Rules & Regulations
Coaches are independent contractors and are responsible for their own tax obligations.

Do not accept payment from Coachazo clients outside the platform. Cash, Venmo, Zelle, direct Stripe payments, or other outside payment methods may not be used to avoid Coachazo booking and payment.
